Provisions on the Safety Management of Warehoused Goods

　　1. The goods must be stacked in accordance with the "five distance principle" and safely stacked according to the packaging instructions. The goods shall be placed in a classified, orderly, stable and height limited manner.

　　2. For goods with poor stability of packaging materials, goods with sharp water chestnut and stacked goods with high height, fences and warning signs shall be set up.

　　3. It is forbidden for goods to block fire fighting facilities and fire passages.

　　4. To prevent termites, the warehouse shall carry out termite control inspection and disinfection and sterilization regularly. All staff of the warehouse shall carry out termite inspection on incoming and outgoing goods. It is strictly prohibited to carry out termite inspection on incoming and outgoing goods.

　　5. Do a good job of anti-theft work in the warehouse area, ensure that the doors and windows of the warehouse are fastened and effective, prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the warehouse, adopt a registration system for the operators or other inspectors who enter the warehouse, the warehouse keeper must lock the warehouse door when leaving the warehouse, and the warehouse door is not allowed to be handed over to others for safekeeping.

　　6. Before the rainy season and typhoon season, check whether the warehouse doors and windows are fastened, whether the walls and roofs are leaking, and deal with any problems found in a timely manner. Prepare wind and flood prevention tools such as ropes and tarpaulins in the warehouse area. At the same time, pay close attention to the weather forecast. If a typhoon comes, arrange personnel to patrol and watch. In case of any danger, report it at any time and organize rescue to ensure the safety of personnel and property in the warehouse.
